Yes, we ship worldwide! We partner with premium express carriers, FedEx and DHL, to deliver our jewelry globally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country. Please note that transit time takes about 3 to 7 business days, following our 5 to 20 business days crafting and handling period.

What is the best way to maintain the shine of my Bali Chains pieces?
Premium 925 Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes over time, but you can keep your jewelry looking stunning for years with proper care:

  • Store your jewelry inside its protective pouch when not in use to reduce exposure to air and moisture.
  • Avoid wearing your jewelry while swimming (chlorine can damage silver), bathing in saltwater, or sleeping.
  • Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, and direct heat or sunlight.
  • Regularly clean your silver jewelry gently using a soft polishing cloth specifically made for silver—never use rough paper towels or tissues, as they can scratch the surface.
